select plan groups, members, and healthcare providers.
HealthWeb StatusLink system requires periodic upgrades and enhancements. Please be advised that you may find it necessary to complete the simple self registration process again. Please feel free to contact our office if you experience difficulties with the StatusLink service.
Please Note: The date a claim shows as processed and paid does not always reflect
the date the EOB/checks are mailed. If you need this information
please contact customer service at the number on the back of your ID card.
Overview of MBA’s StatusLink online services:
EMPLOYERS may provide online enrollment changes, request ID
cards for their employees, send and receive inquires and messages
to the MBA StatusLink Administrator and much more.
PLAN PARTICIPANTS may request ID cards, communicate with MBA
StatusLink Administrator, download claim information, check
their currently deductible accumulators, out-of-pocket accumulators,
benefit maximums, and much more. |
